CONTRACT FORMATION
All orders placed by you the customer on Eirgrow Ltdare on the basis of these Terms and Conditions
of Sale and are subject to acceptance by us by delivery of the goods to you at which point a legally
binding contract is constituted between us. In addition, title in the goods shall not pass to the
customer until all sums due from the customer to the supplier (Eirgrow.ie) on any account have been
paid and the goods have been delivered.
Your order confirmation is for your convenience only and does not constitute an acceptance of your
order.
TITLE OF GOODS
For customers with a credit account, ownership and title remains with Eirgrow Ltd until payment for
products have been paid in full.
DELIVERY SHORTAGES
On receipt of your order, prior to signing for your goods, please carefully check the supporting delivery
note supplied by the carrier to ensure that the contents of your delivery corresponds to the items
mentioned on the delivery note/packing slip. No responsibility can be accepted afterwards for short
delivery if there is a discrepancy. All shortages must be reported by email/phone to Eirgrow Ltd within
24 hours. Claims for shortages must be supported by the carrier’s proof of delivery note on which the
goods have been signed for as short.
PRICING
“List Price” – any “list price” used on this Site represents the manufacturers’ suggested retail selling
prices and may not be indicative of the prevailing selling prices at any specific time and place in your
area.
“Our Price” – despite our careful attention to pricing, an item could be mis-priced inadvertently. If an
item’s correct price is lower than our quoted price, we will charge the lower (correct) amount and
deliver the item to you. If an item’s correct price is higher than our quoted price, Eirgrow Ltd will have
the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your
credit card charged. However, we might at our discretion decide to honour the lower (incorrect) price
and send the item in order not to cause you inconvenience.
COMMUNICATION
We may contact you periodically to communicate promotions and special offers. As per the legal
requirements, on every communication a valid ‘opt-out’ option will be provided.

Once a coupon code has been submitted – you will see the sub-total change as the discount is
applied.
*All discount codes can only be applied at point of sales i.e at the checkout page. Vouchers codes
cannot be applied once the order is process and a confirmation email received

Delivery Policy
This document sets out the delivery policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at

Delivery Options & Costs
We offer the following delivery options. You will see all associated costs at check out.
Standard delivery on all orders to a maximum weight of 30kg and a box length of up to 2 meters
is charged at a rate of €7.99
Standard delivery on all orders above 30Kg and box length over 2 meters is charged at €16.99
All above delivery costs can be found at checkout.
Note all bulk bag orders can only be placed via our sales team on 069 31313 as due to
weight and location, delivery prices vary.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched to same day from
our warehouse, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during
the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or the next
business day. All orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days.
Delivery Address and Eircode
Please note we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed the order. Please
use your Eircode when entering delivery information.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, the chosen carrier will send you an email for tracking the
delivery and delivery date.
Returns and Refunds

Returns Policy
Returns:
-Customers have 14 days from date of receipt of their order to return the goods to us for a full
refund of the cost of the item (excluding the delivery fee)
-Please notify us by email using our Contact Us page
-Provide us with the order #, the item and detail your intention to return the product
-Customers can then opt to:
-pay the shipping costs involved in returning the item(s) to our premises
-or alternatively they can drop the goods to us directly
-Customers must return the goods where they are fit for resale and in their original and
undamaged packaging.
-Refunds can only be paid on the same payment card used to place the order.
Faulty Goods
-If you have a faulty item, please notify us by email using our Contact Us page
-Provide us with the order #, the item and a brief description of the fault
-Customers can then opt to:
-pay the shipping costs involved in returning the item(s) to our premises
-or alternatively they can drop the goods to us directly.
